Terms of use
Last updated October 16, 2026.
Knurl Bro (knurlbro.com) is an independent service. By using it you agree to these terms. Questions: methan1177@gmail.com.
What Knurl Bro does
Knurl Bro adds a diamond knurl to surfaces of 3D models. All the work happens in your own web browser: your model file is never uploaded to us or anyone else (see Privacy). Previewing and designing are free. Exporting a knurled file costs money (below).
Your models
You must have the right to use and modify the models you open. You keep all rights to your models and to the files you export. Because your files never reach us, we can't see, store, recover or check them.
Prices and payment
- One export: $1.30. A pack of 10 exports: $5.
- One export means one knurled design. Downloading the same design again (for example STL and then 3MF, or a different resolution) within 24 hours is free.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- A pack gives you a credit code. Anyone with the code can use its exports, so keep it private. Credits don't expire. We can't recover a lost code unless you contact us with your Stripe receipt.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: if you're not happy with an export, ask within 30 days and we'll refund it.
Check before you print
Knurl Bro shows warnings (for example when grooves come close to the other side of a thin wall), but it can't know how your part will be used. You're responsible for checking exported files before you rely on them, especially for parts that carry loads or could hurt someone if they fail.
No warranty, limited liability
Knurl Bro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Knurl Bro isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the payment system, and don't use Knurl Bro for anything illegal.
